Andrew + Emily // Sneak Peek
Boise Wedding Photographer // Brie Thomason Photography
I can honestly say that I waited for this wedding to come for five years. I first met Emily, the bride, when her and I got jobs together at a local coffee shop. She was a junior in high school and was seeing a boy named Andrew. Emily always had crazy colored hair; that's actually one of my fondest memories of first meeting her. The other found memory was watching Emily and Andrew grow closer and closer as the years passed. Everyone who saw those two together knew that more likely than not we'd be seeing them standing at the alter together one day- and we were all right!
For those of us lucky enough to know Emily and Andrew from the start of their relationship, we know a few things that outsiders might not know. Emily, for instance, is in love with wildflowers- specifically sunflowers; and Andrew, is the most patient man you've ever seen. Nearly every week, Andrew would have fresh flowers for her at her apartment during college. Together they just fit. What you see with them, is what you get. They are the true definition of genuine. They love coffee, donuts, their puppy, and most importantly they love one another. Through the test of time, nothing has wavered their relationship, and I can see that is how it will be for a lifetime.
To my wildflower loving friend, Emily- You were a true goddess on your wedding day! Your love for color, friendship, and family shone bright all day long. Your wittiness was fully in tact, and your vows were exactly what I'd expect from such an amazingly talented Editor in Chief. I am forever grateful you chose me to capture your day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I have loved watching you grow over the past five years, and can't wait to see what life has in store for both you and Andrew. I love you friend.
