Intimate McCall, Idaho Wedding at the Shore Lodge

Alison and Mike opted to have a small, intimate McCall Idaho wedding at the Shore Lodge and it was so dreamy! As a McCall, Idaho wedding photographer, I love nothing more than when people choose to have a destination wedding in McCall.

McCall provides the perfect background for your special day regardless of what season you choose to do your wedding.  McCall is so unique because regardless of what season you choose to visit, there is beauty and always something to do! If it is summer, people often enjoy the lake and the sandy beaches, as well as the famous Ice Cream Alley.  If you visit during the fall and spring, the trees and weather are so perfect that you will do anything you can to just be outside and enjoy the fresh air! People often enjoy hiking and exploring the Payette National Forest during those seasons.  Winter might just be the most popular time to visit McCall due to the amazing skiing at Brundage Mountain Resort, and also the famous Winter Carnival that happens every January.   As you can see, there is always something to do, which is why guests love visiting McCall for a destination wedding!

Now back to Mike and Alison! These two were seriously amazing to work with! Mike is a chiropractor in the Boise area and Alison is an Athletic Director at Northwest Nazarene University and together they are a power couple that is full of love! While they choose to have a smaller, more intimate wedding they didn't skimp on the fun and important details.  Alison chose a gorgeous bouquet from Just so. Event Floral that I couldn't keep my eyes or camera off of! Another one of my favorite details of their day was when Mike sent iced tea to Alison's room the morning of the wedding because he knew it was her favorite.  It was such a sweet sentiment and I had to capture it so that they can look back and remember it years from now.
