Idaho Wedding Photographer Meet Up

Yesterday I spent my evening with some amazing photographers from the Boise, Idaho area and we talked about our adventures as an Idaho wedding photographer.  I have spoke about it in the past, but meeting with other wedding photographers is always something that feeds my creative soul and helps me to grow as a photographer.  We started our evening by getting coffee at Java in Hyde Park in Boise.  I got a Bowl of Soul, which is their signature drink, and it was exactly what I needed! After we laughed about all of our adventures as photographers we piled into my jeep and headed up to Table Rock in Boise.  Table Rock is very special to me because that is where I got engaged! It is always so fun to go up there and stand on the rock where my husband popped the big question! These photos might be a bit deceiving because it was freezing up in the wind on top of the hill! I wore a wrap dress that I got at Bohme, and it was flying everywhere! It was fun for movement shots, but as soon as I was finished being the model I ran to my car and put on pants as quickly as possible! I am a wimp!

I hope you love these behind the scenes photos of these amazing girls! They are all so special to me.  I fall in love with my art every time I am around them, and there is nothing that can replace that! They inspire me to be better than I am, and their support is unwavering.  They will always shoot it straight and help me to be the best that I can be for my clients.  I love asking them for advice when I am stuck on an edit, or looking for posing ideas.  Like I mentioned, they are seriously the best!
