Cory + Andi // Tamarack Resort Wedding // Sneak Peek

McCall, Idaho will forever and always be a special place to me, it’s where my husband and I went on our first date and truly where our love story began! It’s always my favorite to find couples who share a love for my favorite place. Even though Andi & Cory met at law school in Michigan and have settled over there, Andi’s love for Idaho mountains brought her home for their wedding- and it was worth it!

Tamarack Resort is located about 30 miles outside of the town of McCall, Idaho. The resort has the most adorable white chapel, school house, and lodge for guests to enjoy. In the winter it’s ski heaven and in the summer it becomes a boaters paradise. There’s beauty in every season! August is one of my favorite times to be in the mountains, because the wildflowers are still in bloom, the sun hangs low during sunset, and the temperatures are perfect!

In the middle of the square of Tamarack Resort is a beautiful courtyard, and there is where Andi and Cory decided to host their reception. I absolutely love when receptions do dining and parting al fresco. The light in the courtyard is beyond dreamy in summer nights, and make the party portion of the day so much fun for everyone! In the mountains, it cools down at night, which makes the dancing even more enjoyable.
